I was working a massive conference that I had helped plan earlier this year. I was running book signings for Newt Gingrich and Ann Coulter at the same time in the Exhibition Hall. Each author had several hundred fans waiting in line and they had not been scheduled to sign at the same time. I managed ten volunteers and was able to organize the masses so the lines were distinct and orderly and the exhibitors were not blocked.
